Terms of sale

SORA TRAVEL provides visa support services (file preparation, document checks, appointment booking, submission depending on the mode, tracking), application audits, flight and hotel bookings on request, and group trips.

Service fees are shown before any order, per traveller, and fixed when the file is created. Consular and centre fees are extra, paid to the authorities and non-refundable once committed.

Payment is made online (mobile money, bank card) or at the agency. A file is opened upon confirmation of the first payment. A receipt is issued for every payment.

The client provides authentic, legible and complete documents within the indicated deadlines, and a passport valid for at least six months after the planned return date. Any false statement leads to the closure of the file without refund of the fees committed.

Issuing a visa is the exclusive responsibility of the competent authorities. SORA TRAVEL does not guarantee the visa; its service is fulfilled once the file is submitted in accordance with the requirements in force.

Before any submission, service fees not yet committed may be refunded, after deduction of the services already performed. After submission, no refund of service fees is due. For group trips, cancellation charges apply depending on the cancellation date, as shown on the trip page.

The audit is a standalone service, delivered within 48 business hours after payment and receipt of the documents. Its amount is deducted from the service fee if the client then entrusts the full application to SORA TRAVEL.

Passports and originals entrusted to us are recorded, kept safely and handed over only against a signed receipt to the holder or a designated representative.

Any complaint is addressed to contact@soratravel.com. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of SORA TRAVEL's registered office have jurisdiction.
