How it works

The submission mode depends on the destination; the journey is always the same: one advisor, one checklist, two reviews, real-time tracking.

Three submission modes

The visa request form tells you your destination's mode and the right button to start.

  • E-visa

    The application is filed online by the agency. You send your documents from your client area; the visa arrives by email.

    You send your documents online; we submit the file at the centre for you, without your presence.

    Submission happens in person at the consulate or centre. We build the file, book the appointment and prepare you.

The journey, step by step

    Request

    Nationality, residence, destination: mode, timeline, price and documents are displayed. Free, no account.

  2. 2

    Start

    Online (account, travellers, payment) or at the agency by appointment with your passport.

  3. 3

    Documents

    You send each document by photo or scan. Your advisor checks it and tells you what to redo if needed.

    Two reviews

    A senior advisor re-reads the complete file before any submission.

  5. 5

    Submission and decision

    E-visa, submission by the agency or in person with a summons; the decision is recorded as soon as it is received.

    Passport

    Your passport is kept safely and handed over against a signed receipt. You are notified as soon as it is ready.

Why two reviews

Each document is checked by your advisor, then the whole file is approved by a senior. A visa refusal costs time and money: we prefer to correct first.

Tracking without phone calls

Every action is time-stamped in your client area and notified according to your preferences: WhatsApp, SMS or email.
